Regular Sessions

Online sessions are available via Simple Practice. This is a safe, HIPAA compliant portal used to conduct sessions for individuals, families, and couples!

*Sessions prices are the following:

$150 for all licensed clinicians

$100 for associate licensed and Master's level therapists

$50 for interns

Pre-Marital Sessions

Pre-marital packages are cash only. Insurance is not accepted for these sessions. They include the following: 6 one-hour sessions. Packages include one free 30-minute interview, two pre-marital assessments, two copies of the pre-marital book we will use, signing off for the marriage certificate discount, and a six-month follow-up with the couple. Online pre-marital sessions are available through Simple Practice or Doxy. Georgia couples can save up to $40 on their marriage license.

Insurance

We Currently Accept:
Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem), Cigna, Aetna, Behavioral Health Services, Magellan, Optum (United Healthcare), Caresource, Peachstate, Ambettter, Amerigroup, and in addition to other insurance providers.
Please check back regularly or call for more information.

We also take some EAPs (employee assistance programs). The EAPs currently accepted are:
ComPsych, Curalinc, BHS, Kepro, ESPYR, New Directions, Lifeworks, AllOne, CorpCare, and FEI in addition to others.
Please contact us if your EAP is not listed.

Payments

We require a major credit card to be on file and/or HSA/FSA card. We do not accept cash payments or checks.

All clients are required to have a credit card on file. Services will not be rendered. No exceptions.

Payment is expected at the time of treatment. If payment is not received within 30 days, the therapist reserves the right to terminate therapy and will report delinquent accounts to collections.

Cancellation Policy

Fees are $150 per therapy hour for licensed clinicians, and $100 for associate and master’s level clinicians.
Group sessions are $65 per session.
To provide excellent, affordable therapy services to all, we have interns who see clients for a reduced rate of $50. Licensed therapists supervising interns reserve the right to sit in on these sessions to ensure compliance and client progress.
We accept some insurance and EAPs, as well as private pay. If using insurance or EAP benefits, it is up to you to contact your company to determine if your therapist is on their panel as well as coverage.
If you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance, we can supply a superbill for reimbursement. We do require full payment of services up front.
The standard meeting time for psychotherapy is 53 minutes, and all appointments must begin by 10 minutes after the hour.
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if you cancel or reschedule in less than 48 hours.
New clients that do not have intake forms completed within 48 hours of their first appointment will be canceled.
