Rates

Regular sessions:

$135 for individuals per 50-minutes

$145 for families/couples per 50-minute session 

$150 for mental health assessments

Online sessions are available via Simple Practice. This is a safe, HIPAA compliant portal used to conduct sessions for individuals, families, and couples! In-person sessions are conducted in the counseling office at First Baptist Church of Carrollton (102 Dixie Street, Carrollton, GA 30117).

*Sliding scale fee slots are available for those who meet the qualifications. Proof of income may be asked to verify need. 

Pre-Marital Counseling:

Pre-marital packages are cash only. Insurance is not accepted for these sessions. They include the following: 6 one-hour sessions for $700; 8 (1-hour sessions) for $900. Packages include one free 30-minute interview, two pre-marital assessments, two copies of the pre-marital book we will use,  signing off for the marriage certificate discount, and a six-month follow-up with the couple. Online pre-marital sessions are available through Simple Practice or Doxy. Georgia couples can save up to $40 on their marriage license.

Pastoral Care Services:

Please contact for information on weddings, baptisms, dedications, and funerals/memorials.

Payment: 
Cash, Check, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, HSA/FSA cards, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

Insurance:

We currently accept:

Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem), Cigna, Aetna, Behavioral Health Services, Magellan, and Optum (United Healthcare).

Credentialing is underway for other insurance panels. Please check back regularly or call for more information.

EAP:

We also take some EAPs (employee assistance programs). The EAPs currently accepted are:

ComPsych, Curalinc, BHS, Kepro, ESPYR, New Directions, Lifeworks, AllOne, CorpCare, and FEI.

Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $25 fee for the missed session. The full amount will be required up front after two consecutive sessions have been missed in order for a session to be scheduled.
